Yes — all toll charges and standard parking fees are included in our quoted price. You will never be asked to pay any extra on top of what was confirmed at the time of booking.
Absolutely. We offer multi-day cab packages for pilgrimage circuits, tourism tours, and corporate travel. Our drivers are available for entire trips across North India with same-driver continuity throughout.
We track all flights in real time. If your flight is delayed, your driver waits at no extra charge for up to 2 hours. For longer delays, we coordinate a new pick-up time — no cancellation fee applies.
We accept cash (INR), UPI (PhonePe, GPay, Paytm), and bank transfer. For outstation and multi-day bookings, a partial advance payment is required to confirm the reservation.
Cancellations made 12+ hours before the scheduled departure receive a full refund. Modifications to pickup time or destination (within reason) can be made up to 6 hours before departure at no extra charge.
